Repeat Prescriptions

Important Information:

Repeat prescriptions are ordered on line to a system. Patients who wish to continue to order on line will need to collect a password and user i.d from the surgery please ask at reception and bring identification.

If you have your new login details please use the link at the top of the page.

Please note that we do not email patients to tell them when their repeat prescriptions are ready for collection

We have a dispensary at Church Hill Surgery. Patients for whom we dispense medication can wait for their prescriptions after they have seen the doctor.

For patients who have regular medication and do not need to see a doctor before every repeat we use a repeat prescription programme on computer.  Full details are given to patients with their computer repeat slip.

We are trying to improve our dispensary service by introducing a Managed Repeat System. When you are collecting your medications, you will be asked by the Dispenser to tick the medications you need for collection after 28 days on a specified date to your convenience.

From 2nd December the Dispensary phone line will be suspended,  please use our managed repeat system or online system to order repeats.
