Welcome to Church Hill Surgery
Church Hill doctors' surgery in Pulham Market provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the area. Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice.
Where to find us-
Church Hill Surgery – Station Road, Pulham Market. Station Road is in the centre of the village of Pulham Market opposite the village green. The surgery is situated 50 yards down this road on the right hand side. These premises have suitable access for patients with disabilities.
In line with the directive from both the Prime Minister and the Department of Health we have to minimise patients’ footfall to the practice as much as possible to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus within our community.
If you need to speak to a GP about a new or routine medical problem please phone our receptionists, you will be telephoned back by a Doctor or nurse and triaged, an appointment will be made if necessary.
This action will prevent the spread of the virus amongst our most vulnerable patient groups, and will reduce the risk to staff as we cannot deliver care for our patients if we are off sick or self-isolating.
The Surgery will be open as normal on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

We would like to thank all patients for their good wishes, cards and gifts that they brought into the surgery over the festive period, for which all staff are most grateful. We would also like to take this opportunity to wish all patients a good New Year.
Changes in ordering Repeat Prescriptions
All Repeat Prescriptions now take 3 working days to process. (Please note, this does not include weekends or bank holidays) Any prescription requested after 2pm will not be submitted until the following day.
As of the 20th November, there will no longer be a direct line to order repeat prescriptions. An answer phone facility will be available and monitored daily. Please note that ordering repeat prescriptions via the phone will be phased out in the new year. We ask patients to refer to our managed repeat or online services.
We appreciate that over the past couple of months our Dispensary Department has had issues with staffing and sickness, which has often led to medication taking longer than usual to be processed.
We are now up to date and fully staffed.
We apologise for any previous inconvenience this has caused to our patients.
It's quick and easy to order your prescriptions online, please ask Reception for more information.
Please ask if you could benefit from our managed repeat service.

The NHS Friends and Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.
It is based on one simple question: "How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"
Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience - what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you're helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the possible care.
The NHS Friends and Family Test feedback cards will be available in the surgery from Monday 1st December 2014.
Whilst you are in the surgery, we would be grateful if you could take the time to fill one of these in and post it in the box in Reception.
You can also fill in a feedback card on the website. It can be found on the right hand side of the screen under "Have your say"
