NEW PATIENTS
If you wish to register with the Practice you should call in to either of our surgeries to complete a registration form. It is helpful if you can bring your medical card with you if you have one.
All newly registered patients aged 5+ are offered a ‘Health Check’ at the time of acceptance. Please make an appointment with the nurse for this and any regular medication can also be organised
